I had a fracture in my leg bone. So I could not walk or work standing. I had no issues too. I was advised to practice Manavalakkalai Yoga. Because of these practices I got peace of mind. I am a retired teacher. I was short tempered. I got my two sons married as per my own wish. My short temperament had separated my two daughters in law from us. Both of them would go away often. After coming to this yoga practice I was able to control my anger. I have learnt that my short temperament had affected myself and my family. Now getting short tempered is very rare. I could not stand or walk properly on account of a fracture I had suffered in my leg earlier. I also was not fortunate enough to beget children. Manavalakkalai Yoga has provided me with peace and Kaya Kalpa practice has rejuvenated me, physically and mentally. I now am blessed with a child. The practices have brought many changes in my life.

I am a retired teacher. I was prone to bouts of anger. I had got my 2 sons married off even while I was in service. But my anger, unfortunately, created a rift between me and my sons. They used to go away often. Manavalakkalai Yoga has helped me control my anger and I have also come to realise the ill effects of the vile temperament on me and my family. I am a lawyer residing at Thiruvathavur village and practicing in the courts at Madurai. I have been suffering from sinusitis for a long time, which had also affected the working of my lungs. I had undergone surgery and the doctors had advised me to practice breathing exercises to relieve my problems. I joined the Manavalakkalai Yoga classes, introduced in our village under the Village Service Project, and have been practicing the exercises diligently. Doctors had advised me to go in for surgery as a cure for the pain, ulcers and swelling in my uterus. But Manavalakkalai Yoga, practiced diligently every day, has cured my problems. I am free of pain and the swelling has also come down. I have not undergone surgery and am able to live a happy and healthy life now.
