I was suffering from acute hip pain on account of a fall I had suffered, which even medicines failed to cure. Manavalakkalai Yoga, which I have been practicing regularly, has relieved me to a very great extent. I indeed am happy that physical exercises could cure something which even medicines could not.

I am 47 years old and was badly addicted to liquor. I was not of much use to my family also. I began attending Manavalakkalai Yoga classes, and the practices, along with the care shown by the masters, has helped cure me of my habit. I go to work regularly and take care of my family now.
