Vazhga Valamudan. What attracted me about Manavalakkalai Yoga was the practice of blessing – the fact that blessing can bring peace from the level of the individuals to the entire world. I am 45 years old; my red blood corpuscle count, even from childhood, has been 7.1, which used to increase or decrease on treatment with allopathic medicines. I was asked to accept my condition stoically by the doctors as well as the others. Periodical tests at the end of 3 months of Manavalakkalai Yoga practices have shown an increase to 10.5, which made me realise the greatness of the practices. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.

I am a teacher and my work involves standing in the classrooms for about 5 to 6 hours every day. I used to suffer from acute pain in my ankles and heels, which medicines were unable to cure. But Manavalakkalai Yoga has set right the problems and I am now able to attend actively to my duties.

had my own doubts whether women could practice Kundalini Yoga and meditation, which was considered the domain of the men in our country. But I soon realised the practices designed by our Guru were simple and suitable for women also. They can be practiced by everyone, irrespective of their status. Many people from our village were addicted to use of alcohol. Village Service Project, having decided to stand in the way of opening liquor outlets, people have been largely cured of the evil habit. Introspection practices have cleared my mind and I am able to perform well in my studies.

I, along with my husband, have studied Manavalakkalai Yoga and practice it without fail, every day. We, as a family, live in harmony and peace. We have come to realise that the dark, formless and omnipresent Consciousness is God. Blessing at the end of every meditation has reduced instances of quarrels and misunderstandings amongst the people.
