Panchayat President’s Address
Blood-test camps, counselling sessions for individuals, physical exercise classes for schoolchildren, provision of relief materials, like food and clothing, to people affected by floods and supply of Nilavembu Kashayam for the sick, were held for the people from in and around our village, for 3 days. It has transformed our village into a place of peace and good health for which I am grateful and wish to express my gratitude on behalf of everyone from the village.

Despite my being involved with spiritual activities all the time, my quest for the Absolute has remained a big question mark. I have attended Manavalakkalai Yoga classes up to the level of Brahmagnana, which has provided me with answers regarding the Divine State, as well as the realisation it resides within me. Despite knowing that Kaya Kalpa had been practiced by the Siddha sages of old, I was unaware of the intricacies involved. Having studied it under Manavalakkalai Yoga, I practice it every day. I also came to realise that attaining Perfection is the ultimate purpose behind a human life.

Our village was adopted under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center from April 12015 onwards and the people provided with training in Manavalakkalai Yoga. They have been taught physical exercises, Kaya Kalpa and meditation, which they practice diligently, every day. People have begun to live in peace and happiness, assisting and cooperating with one another all the time. The course has made them aware of the Eternal Truth as well as the fact all people are basically the same. I am extremely happy to register my sincere thanks to the functionaries of the World Community Service Center on behalf of everyone from the village for having implemented the Village Service Project here. I have been suffering from pain in my hips and legs for the last 15 years. Use of even costly medicines have been of no avail. Having given up all hopes of a permanent cure, I was initially reluctant to attend Manavalakkalai Yoga classes; but advice of the others prevailed, and I began to attend the classes and was surprised when my problems began to subside gradually.

On behalf of the people of Modakkurichi Municipality, I express my sincere gratitude to the World Community Service Center for having introduced Manavalakkalai Yoga to the people of Swamynathapuram village. The practices have improved their health, with people suffering from diabetes as well as knee and hip pain finding relief. People who used to go to sleep with the help of medicines are now able to sleep normally. People have stopped harbouring ill feelings in the form of anger and enmity towards one another and begun to live in harmony.I am happy about the changes which Manavalakkalai Yoga has ushered in.I have no doubt that other villages also will transform into havens of good health and peace through the practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga.Thank you. I am 55 years old and used to suffer from peptic ulcers, blood pressure and tonsillitis, which could not be cured with the help of medicines. Practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga has relieved me to very great extent.
