I am happy to observe that Manavalakkalai Yoga has helped cure physical ailments, besides establishing good relationships between life partners as well as their in-laws. It is heartening to see the changes which have enabled the people to live in harmony, cooperating with and assisting one another. I extend my gratitude and good wishes to the functionaries of the Temple of Consciousness, Aliyar, as well as the masters who continue to serve the organisation in a selfless manner.

I, for the last 10 months, have been studying and practicing physical exercises, Kaya Kalpa and meditation under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center. Prior to joining the course I used to suffer from increased blood-sugar levels, pain in my legs and kidney problems. I practice physical exercises and meditation regularly and they have provided relief from my pain. My blood-sugar levels are also under control. The practices have proved highly beneficial to me.

Thanneerpanthal was replete with quarrels in the vicinity of public water taps, ill feelings between neighbours, where people from middle age to senior citizens suffered from a variety of ailment like pain in the limbs, joints and diabetes. It gives great pleasure to see people who undergone training in Manavalakkalai Yoga for the past 9 months living happily and blessing one another saying Vazhga Valamudan, every time. I express my sincere gratitude to the functionaries of the World Community Service Center responsible for the changes by teaching Manavalakkalai Yoga to the people. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.

I used to suffer from superiority or inferiority complex when interacting with the others. I was unable to express myself properly and also uncertain regarding my future, career, finance and family. I was in a confused state of mind; but Manavalakkalai practices have made me realise that the body and mind are only fractions of the Absolute and all men are equal. I now am able to convey my ideas lucidly for the benefit of the others.

Village Service Project, one of the activities undertaken by the organisation, has been implemented successfully in our village for the past one year. People have been provided with training in good conduct, simplified physical exercises, Kaya Kalpa, meditation and introspection practices whereby Edikarai village stands transformed into a place of good health and peace. I express my sincere gratitude and wish the functionaries all success in the future.

Village Service Project, under the aegis of the World Community Service Center, has taught Manavalakkalai Yoga to people from our village. The practices have proved to be highly beneficial to all. Meditation practices have helped the noble sentiments of peace, harmony within the family and tolerance to blossom. They have helped ward off anger and other ill feelings. Masters, who conducted the classes, were kind and attentive to the needs of the participants. Makarasana has helped relieve hip pain and blessing at the end of every meditation seems to produce good results. Kaya Kalpa practice has also been of great use to all. We bless the system of Manavalakkalai, designed by Vethathiri Maharishi, from the very depths of our heart

I express my sincere gratitude to Padmasri SKM.Maeilanandhan for the conduct of Manavalakkalai Yoga classes under the Village Service Project at Swamynathapuram Village during the last 6 months. A number of people from our village, who were above 40 years of age, used to suffer from a variety of ailments like diabetes, high blood pressure and mental tension. All this has now changed and people who had earlier harboured ill feelings towards one another now live in peace and goodwill. I once again express my gratitude and good wishes to the World Community Service Center for having transformed our village into a haven of peace and goodwill.

I am a resident of Swamynathapuram Village. It was only after attending Manavalakkalai Yoga classes that I came to realise its importance in everyone’s life. My mind, which prior to the practice of meditation remained in a turbulent state, has now become tranquil. I feel I have taken the first step to remove the veil of darkness which had covered my mind.
