Many people from our village were addicted to use of alcohol. Village Service Project, having decided to stand in the way of opening liquor outlets, people have been largely cured of the evil habit. Introspection practices have cleared my mind and I am able to perform well in my studies.

I, along with my husband, have studied Manavalakkalai Yoga and practice it without fail, every day. We, as a family, live in harmony and peace. We have come to realise that the dark, formless and omnipresent Consciousness is God. Blessing at the end of every meditation has reduced instances of quarrels and misunderstandings amongst the people. I feel confident that we will be able to attain world peace, as desired by Maharishi. May the grace of our Guru guide us at all times. Thank you.

But we were extremely happy when the masters decided to conduct classes separately for our sake, and in keeping with our convenience. Changes brought in through the practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga are far beyond my expectations. ATemple of Consciousness for the benefit of the people, in keeping with the ideas of the Panchayat, is being constructed in our village. I am happy to note that people continue to practice Kaya Kalpa, exercises and meditation at the center every day, which has added to their physical and mental wellbeing.

An accident, about 10 years back, left me incapable of using my arms, legs and neck properly. I have been practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga, introduced in our village under the Village Service project, for the last 10 months. I am happy to mention that the pain in my arms, legs and neck has been cured and I am able to work in the fields like everybody else.

I had plenty of problems, both physical and mental; Manavalakkalai Yoga has however helped me resolve them. I have been cured of a burning sensation and watering in my eyes. I also am relieved of mental stress and anger. Masters, who conducted the classes, were calm and never put off by our repeated questions. Vazhga Valamudan.

I have 2 children, both of whom were born through caesarian sections. I was suffering from back and hip pain on account the surgeries. Even medication proved to be of no avail; but regular practice of Kaya Kalpa and physical exercises have relieved me of my problems.
