Changes brought in through the practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga are far beyond my expectations. ATemple of Consciousness for the benefit of the people, in keeping with the ideas of the Panchayat, is being constructed in our village. I am happy to note that people continue to practice Kaya Kalpa, exercises and meditation at the center every day, which has added to their physical and mental wellbeing.

An accident, about 10 years back, left me incapable of using my arms, legs and neck properly. I have been practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga, introduced in our village under the Village Service project, for the last 10 months. I am happy to mention that the pain in my arms, legs and neck has been cured and I am able to work in the fields like everybody else.
