I express my heartfelt gratitude to the President of the World Community Service Center for providing an opportunity to hundreds of people from our village to get trained in Manavalakkalai Yoga. People who have undergone training have shown marked improvement with regard to their personality and behaviour. I request that all people from the village continue to practice physical exercises and meditation. I wish to express my thanks to the World Community Service Center for having transformed our village into a haven of good health and peace.

I used to suffer from pain in my body and limbs, besides fatigue, as the aftereffect of chikunguniya. Manavalakkalai practices have cured me of the problems. I, as well as my family, are at peace and live happily. I found great satisfaction in attending the Arulnidhiyar’s course at Aliyar.

People from our village practice physical exercises regularly on account of which they remain free of ailments and lead healthy lives. The practices have benefited the elders to a very greatextent. Salutations to mother, father and guru, offered at the commencement of every meditation, have made the children aware of the need to respect their parents and teachers. Besides improving physical, mental and spiritual health, the practices have transformed our village into a haven of peace and good health.

I belong to Jakkampatti village and am a weaver by profession. I used to suffer fromnpiles and insomnia. I took part in the Manavalakkalai Yoga classes and have been practicing physical exercises and meditation for the last 4 months. The practices have provided relief from my problems. I offer my sincere and humble thanks to Vethathiri Maharishi, the sage behind the system.

People from Kavilorai village had to face a lot of problems before the advent of Manavalakkalai Yoga under the Village Service Project of the world Community Service Center. Cases of diabetes and acute pain in the arms, legs and joints, were common. Manavalakkalai practices have relieved the problems to a very great extent besides eradicating petty quarrels and misunderstandings from the midst of the people, who have begun to live in love, happiness and harmony with one another. Village Service Project, introduced in our village under the aegis of the World Community Service Center has been a great experience for all of us. The practices have helped relieve pain in my arms, legs, waist and knees. I find that physical exercises keep me active and able to attend to my work in a better manner. The practices also help me remain polite and affectionate with members of my family. I am only sorry that I have remained unaware of the system all these days.
