On behalf of the people of Modakkurichi Municipality, I express my sincere gratitude to the World Community Service Center for having introduced Manavalakkalai Yoga to the people of Swamynathapuram village. The practices have improved their health, with people suffering from diabetes as well as knee and hip pain finding relief. People who used to go to sleep with the help of medicines are now able to sleep normally. People have stopped harbouring ill feelings in the form of anger and enmity towards one another and begun to live in harmony.I am happy about the changes which Manavalakkalai Yoga has ushered in.I have no doubt that other villages also will transform into havens of good health and peace through the practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga.Thank you. I am 55 years old and used to suffer from peptic ulcers, blood pressure and tonsillitis, which could not be cured with the help of medicines. Practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga has relieved me to very great extent. My husband and I used to fight often, which has been brought to an end as I began blessing him repeating the words Vazhga Valamudan. We live happily with the blessings of our Guru. Vazhga Valamudan.

Fear of the disease, even from a young age, disturbed me greatly; but Manavalakkalai Yoga has relieved me to a very great extent. One of the primary reasons behind attending Manavalakkalai Yoga classes was the problem with my neck bones. I have been wearing an orthopedic belt around my neck for the last 2 years. I attended the classes with the hope I may find a solution to my problem. I used to practice physical exercises during the evenings, without fail, and it has relieved me from the need to wear the belt. The noble desire to provide good food to my children and take proper care of them beganto blossom within me. I am unable to express in words the happiness that wells up within every time I find my children saying Vazhga Valamudan. Manavalakkalai Yoga has helped me increase my skills. I shall take the initiative to propagate the system among the people.
