I was obese on account of thyroid problems. I also used to suffer from shivering in my arms and legs, fatigue and restlessness. Doctors advised me to take up Yoga, which I could not. I was taught Tortoise Exercise and it helped cure problems with my thyroid, totally. I am now physically and mentally healthy.
