I was suffering from high blood pressure and could sleep only with the help of medicines. I have been practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga regularly on account of which I have stopped using medicines for the last 6 months. The practices have enhanced my skills and relationships to a very great extent.

My daughter, who was 8 years old, used to weigh 42 kilograms. Simplified physical exercises have helped her lose excess weight. I have also observed changes, for the better, in her behaviour which has made me happy. I have realised the importance of subjects like Analysis of Thoughts, Moralisation of Desires, Neutralisation of Anger and Eradication of Worries, taught under Manavalakkalai.
