I have been suffering on account of menstrual problems for the last 8 months; I was also prone to frequent bouts of fever for the last 2 years. I used to take medicines for headache. Manavalakkalai Yoga has cured me of all problems with regard to my periods and fever. I have stopped taking medicines and am very happy now.

I had to face many problems in life and live separately from my life partner. I suffered from physical ailments like knee-pain. I was confused, unhappy and subject to frequent bouts of anger. But Manavalakkalai Yoga has relieved the pain in my knees. Having understood the reasons behind problems, I now am at peace with myself. I try to live a useful life, happy and at peace with myself.
