I am 55 years old. I used to suffer from back pain which prevented me from travelling and kept me confined to the bed. After observing the changes that physical exercises produced in my husband, I decided to join Manavalakkalai Yoga classes and it helped me overcome problems which I had been suffering from, for the past 15 years. I am now able to sin in Vajrasana and live a happy and contented life.
