106 – VILLICHERRY

Icould not sit with my legs folded even for a short while because of boils in my legs. Regular practice of physical exercises has cured me of the boils and pain. I, who was not on speaking terms with my mother-in-law for more than 30 years, have overcome my resentment and am able to get along with her once I stared blessing her at the end of every meditation. I study in the 11th standard and did Manavalakkalai Yoga at school. When the course was introduced in our village, under the Village Service Project, I once again attended the classes along with my family. I used to come down with a cold whenever I rose up in the early mornings; but I have overcome the problem through breathing exercises and practice of Kapalapathi. Meditation practices have helped me concentrate in the classroom and I am no longer afraid of the examinations. Vazhga Valamudan.
