I am 37 years old. I work as a helper at the local Anganwadi, besides taking care of my fields. My husband and I used to quarrel frequently. But Manavalakkalai Yoga has changed all that and we rarely fight now. I have become tolerant and am able to treat the children at the Anganwadi with love and kindness. They, in turn, have become fond of me and miss me whenever I go on leave. We live happily at home. Vazhga Valamudan.
