I was driven to the brink of suicide on account of family problems; but Manavalakkalai Yoga, introduced in our village under the Village Service Project, has changed me completely. Physical exercises and meditation practices, which resulted in good health and peace of mind, enabled me to think clearly and change my outlook. They helped rid me of unwanted fears and instil courage and confidence. I work as a maid at one of the schools and have come to realise that I can run my family on my income. Thank you.
