I have been suffering from asthma and thyroid problems for many years. Walking, even short distances, left me breathless and gasping. I have been practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga regularly for some time now. It has helped reduce my intake of medicines with both asthma and thyroid coming under control. I am able to walk normally and without problems. I have no trouble attending to my work and live happily with my family. I express my sincere gratitude to the World Community Service center and Vethathiri Maharishi. I have completed Arulnidhis course and am ready to teach others who are facing problems in life. This is my offering to my beloved Guru.

I was prone to anger and used to quarrel regularly with my wife and sons. I also had certain bad habits. I joined Manavalakkalai Yoga classes and began to practice physical exercises, Kaya Kalpa, meditation and introspection. Very soon I realised I was free of anger as well as my bad habits.
