I used to suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes and frequent bouts of headache, but Manavalakkalai Yoga has cured me of my problems. Practices like Simplified Physical Exercises, Intensification of Biomagnetism, meditation and Kaya Kalpa have benefited me to a very great extent.
