108 – ROTTIGOUNDANUR

I am 38 years old and used to suffer from blocks and nervous weakness. Doctors having diagnosed me with diabetes I was under treatment for a short while. But Manavalakkalai Yoga has relieved me of pain in my limbs and also reduced my weight. I have stopped using the medicines altogether.

Manithangam

I am 53 years old and used to suffer from cardiac problems. I was under medical treatment for the last 3 years. Doctors had advised me not to climb the stairs, carry heavy objects and also take my medicines regularly. Manavalakkalai Yoga has however cured me; the practices have reduced my weight; I am able to climb the stairs and also lift heavy objects. I am in very good health now. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.
