I was advised to undergo surgery on account of pressure in my eyes. It was around then that I attended Manavalakkalai Yoga classes and they have helped relieve my problems. The doctors have informed me that surgery is no longer essential. We are free of worries and able to save money, which otherwise would have gone for medicines.
