The practices have removed such feelings from the minds of the people. A feeling of universal brotherhood, which fills us with happiness prevails everywhere.

I used to earn Rs. 500 or even Rs. 1000 as wages, most of which I spent in liquor shops. Manavalakkalai practices have helped me overcome this evil habit. Further, I do not lose my temper as I used to, earlier. I have become physically and mentally active and live happily with my family.
