Manavalakkalai Yoga, introduced in our village, has proved to be a very great blessing to all of us. Physical exercises and meditation practices have turned to be beneficial to all. People have commenced to live in good physical and mental health, whereby our village has been transformed into a haven of peace and good health. We have constructed a Temple of Consciousness where all people from the village can practice, every day. We feel proud and happy about all this.

I have studied Manavalakkalai Yoga and practice it every day. I used to suffer from sinusitis which produced frequent bouts of sneezing. The practices have relieved me to a very great extent. I had a habit of buying things, even unnecessary items, which I was able to overcome through the practice of Moralisation of Desires. I, who used to get angry and punish my children often, am now able to control my anger and live in peace.
