Manavalakkalai courses, conducted under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center, have proved to be useful to every one of us. Many. Who were under treatment for diabetes for long, have found it easy to control their sugar levels by practicing the exercises regularly. The practices have also helped relieve fatigue and rejuvenate the body and limbs. Feelings in terms of caste or religion have been overcome and people live in harmony, enjoying the benefits of individual, family and societal peace. Good health, respect for one’s elders and cleanliness prevail everywhere.

I, who so far have never addressed an audience, do so with the grace of the almighty Divine. I came to understand about the Divine State only with the advent of Manavalakkalai practices in our village. I feel that the Divine State was behind the introduction of the course in our village. Ramanathapuram village has been transformed into a temple with this.
