I have been practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga for the last 5 months. Addiction to liquor, smoking and use of narcotic substances, for the last 4 years, had ruined my health. Physical exercises, meditation practices and introspection like Analysis of Thoughts have enabled me to understand my inner self as well as the fact I am a fraction of the Divine. I have attended Arulnidhiyar Course also. I have rid myself of all bad habits and shall not allow them to overcome me for the rest of my life. The practices have freed me of anger, worries, stress, unwanted fears, constipation, indigestion and insomnia. I live happily with my family for which I thank the functionaries and masters behind the Village Service Project.

I used to suffer from blood pressure, ulcers, loss of weight, giddiness, pain in the legs and spells of fainting before I joined Manavalakkalai classes. But things have changed and I am cured of all the above problems. I have come to understand the Absolute Space. Blessing my paddy crops has increased their yield considerably. I express my sincere gratitude to the Village Service Project, which is responsible for the physical, mental and financial changes in my life.
