I was examined at the medical camp conducted as per the Village Service Project and by blood-sugar level was found to be more than 500. My weight had also come down by about 10 kilos. Doctors advised me to practice Yoga, which I commenced immediately. I continued the practice and am happy to state that my blood-sugar now is only 160. My weight has also increased by 4 kilos, which has made me and my family happy. Thank you. Vazhga Vaiyakam. Vazhga Valamudan.

I was addicted to liquor and also suffered from, back pain; physical exercises and meditation practices have helped relieve the pain. Earlier I used to go to liquor outlets on my way home with my salary; but I have stopped the practice having overcome the need for alcohol. I am very happy now. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.
