I was suffering from piles for the last 15 years. Manavalakkalai Yoga has cured me on account of which I am very happy. The practices have also cured my thyroid problems. Eye exercises have improved my eyesight and I am able to read without the help of glasses. I have not visited the doctor even once during the last 6 months.

Knee pain and problems with my liver and pancreas kept be bedridden. I attended Manavalakkalai Yoga classes and, despite initial difficulties, continued to practice physical exercises, regularly. Even though the doctors had advised me to continue the medicines, I stopped taking them, putting my faith on the exercises. I am glad to state I have been cured of my ailments as well as a burning sensation in my legs, pain in the neck and chronic cold.
