I am 45 years old; my red blood corpuscle count, even from childhood, has been 7.1, which used to increase or decrease on treatment with allopathic medicines. I was asked to accept my condition stoically by the doctors as well as the others. Periodical tests at the end of 3 months of Manavalakkalai Yoga practices have shown an increase to 10.5, which made me realise the greatness of the practices. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.

Vazhga Valamudan. Despite an ardent desire to study Yoga practices for a long time, I remained unaware of where they taught it. I had seen the practices only in the papers and television.
