There were problems relating to sinus and nerves for some of our village people. After practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga these were cured. All of them are hale and healthy now. We are all with physical and mental health. We thank all those who had arranged for teaching of these practices

I have learnt through the yogic practices and introspection courses that I have to adopt a virtuous way of life, a character of not inflicting harm to anybody, a tendency of helping all, knowing oneself and acquiring individual discipline and blessing the society for its betterment.
