I suffered from pain in my lower abdomen, which, the doctors informed me was on account of bladder stones. But regular practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga, for about 5 months now, has enabled me to expel the stones from my body. I am able to save on the cost of medicines and live a happy and contented life.

I used to lead a wasteful life, drinking and wandering about, at the end of my college days. But having attended a de-addiction camp and practicing Manavalakkalai Yoga for about 5 months now, I have freed myself from the evil habit and work as a welder in a private company.
