People from our village were taught Manavalakkalai Yoga under the Village Service Project of World Service Community Center. I, as President of the Panchayat, and on behalf of the people benefited by the practices, express my sincere gratitude to the functionaries of the World Community Service Center, who implemented the project which has been instrumental in improving the physical, mental, spiritual and social health of the people, besides guiding all of us along the path of spirituality, having overcome ill feelings in terms of caste, religion or gender.

I have come to realise that Manavalakkalai Yoga keeps me active and healthy. I also realise that meditation provides mental peace. Introspection practices have provided answers to certain basic questions like “who am I?” and “what is the purpose of my life?’ Kaya Kalpa has helped tone up and rejuvenate my nerves.
