People from our village have studied physical exercises, Kaya Kalpa, meditation and introspection, under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center. They now live in peace and harmony with one another. Even persons who were addicted to alcohol have freed themselves of the evil habit. People live with love, respect and regard for one another. Petty quarrels and misunderstandings have all but disappeared, and our village has turned into a haven of peace and good health. Thank you. Vazhga Valamudan.

I, Kandasamy, used to suffer from pain in my legs which prevented me from working the loom. I also had problems in my chest. Practice of Manavalakkalai Yoga, taught to people from our village under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center, has improved my health. I am free of pain in my legs and am able to operate the loom comfortably. Problems in my chest have also been relieved.
