People have also overcome feelings in terms of caste or religionandliveinharmonyandhappiness withoneanother. Childrenareperformingbetter intheir studiesandour village finds theinfluenceofalcoholandpsychosomaticdrugs.People cooperate during the implementation of government schemes and environmental purificationactivities. I live in Thuvarangadu village and work as a driver. I used to consume alcohol regularly. I joined the Manavalakkalai Yoga Courses conducted in our village, and the practices, particularly simplified physical exercises and meditation have helped me overcome my need for alcohol.
