114 – VEPPALODAI

I used to suffer from headache, dropsy and acute pain in my joints and limbs. Manavalakkalai Yoga has cured me and I am healthy now. I have been relieved of the pain in my shoulders, heels and legs. While Makarasana has helped reduce potbelly, meditation has helped cure me of the craving for food. I have also begun to speak only after weighing my words.

I was unduly fat on account of Thyroid problems, which Manavalakkalai Yoga has helped overcome. My weight has come down considerably. My daughter, who suffered from menstrual problems, which medicines were unable to cure, has been cured through the practice of Manavalakkalai.
