I, who used to suffer from tension and unwanted worries, had my misgivings about Yoga during the initial stages. But I find that physical exercises keep me healthy and meditation practices help remove unnecessary worries from my mind. Just as in the case of own family, others from the village have also been benefited by the practices. I thank everyone involved with the implementation of Village Service Project in our village.
