One of the primary reasons behind attending Manavalakkalai Yoga classes was the problem with my neck bones. I have been wearing an orthopedic belt around my neck for the last 2 years. I attended the classes with the hope I may find a solution to my problem. I used to practice physical exercises during the evenings, without fail, and it has relieved me from the need to wear the belt. The noble desire to provide good food to my children and take proper care of them beganto blossom within me. I am unable to express in words the happiness that wells up within every time I find my children saying Vazhga Valamudan. Manavalakkalai Yoga has helped me increase my skills. I shall take the initiative to propagate the system among the people.

I am doing research in the field of archaeology. I am slightly overweight and have been practicing physical exercises regularly. I am able to feel the difference now. My weight, which could not be reduced despite medication, has come down on account of the physical exercises. I now am healthy for which I thank the functionaries behind the Village Service Project.
