I have studied and practiced Manavalakkalai Yoga, which was introduced in our village under the Village Service Project. I have been cured of knee pain. My bloodsugar levels have also come down and I find myself at peace. I am now able to notice the good qualities in every individual I come across.

Village Service Project, introduced in our village under the aegis of the World Community Service Center has been a great experience for all of us. The practices have helped relieve pain in my arms, legs, waist and knees. I find that physical exercises keep me active and able to attend to my work in a better manner. The practices also help me remain polite and affectionate with members of my family. I am only sorry that I have remained unaware of the system all these days. I thank the functionaries from the Village Service Project with all my heart.
