007 – KETHANOOR
For the past one year, Manavalakkalai Yoga, under the Village Service Project of the World Community Service Center, has been implemented, successfully, in our village. Participants were provided with basic education besides rules of good conduct, physical exercises and yoga, all of which helped transform our village into a haven of peace and tranquility. Our village has provided, free of cost, a place for the construction of a meditation center for people to practice yoga everyday. I express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the functionaries of the World Community Service Center for all the good work done by them. I wish them all success in the future. Thank you. I studied Manavalakkalai Yoga practices under the Village Service Project. I, who used to suffer from asthma as well as pain in my legs and shoulders, have found great relief through the practices.
