SKY YOGA
Helps to enhance the Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Social Health of the rural population by regular practice of Yoga.

HEALTH
Health screening camp- to identify chronic diseases like diabetes, High blood pressure, ischemic heart disease, obesity, anemia etc. through health tests. Special Yoga practices for persons affected by Diseases.

EDUCATION
To provide additional educational coaching to rural students who are at a disadvantage because of being first generation learners. To teach values such as Integrity, Equanimity, Love, Compassion, Strength of Character and courage without discrimination of Caste, Creed, Religion and Language.

ENVIRONMENT
Tree Planting activities in villages – to plant one tree for every house in the adopted village.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
VSP gives special attention to rural women empowerment’s, especially in health, education, nutrition programs for pregnancy, financial management and improve entrepreneurial skills.

DE ADDICTION
Awareness about the problem and provide support to maintain their Health.
